When Kayako first launched, all the startup’ hiring-related decisions were made by the founders. But when the team reached 25 employees, they stepped back to focus on growing the business.
After 18 months, Kayako stopped meeting its growth goals. Company profit per head was estremely low, employee performance had fallen, and most of the top performers had left.
At Typeform we tought would be interesting to share how Kayako revamped its hiring process in our blog. And also give some advices to other company’s growth.
Check out what Kayako did here.
